Partner Sales Curriculum Redesign
Apple
I redesigned Apple’s externally facing AppleCare channel sales curriculum, laying out a year-long strategy to build new onboarding, seasonal content, and certifications to engage and upskill frontline sales and partner teams.
Enablement Slide Libraries

I collaborated with Business Development Managers and field sales teams to build and update robust libraries of content to engage and educate external partners on AppleCare features, benefits, and sales skills.

I have over six years of experience working in program management and learning design, with the last three of them focusing on sales enablement in services and B2B/B2C tech.
Most recently, I was a sales enablement program manager within the WW AppleCare Business Development org at Apple. I directly managed five core programs supporting sales for a complex portfolio of AppleCare products, for all routes to market.
I learned so much about sales, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, and I’d love to continue growing in those areas in my next role.
